HERNIK successfully tested the KIDSFLEX in accordance with the new R129/03 test standard. This was not just a strength certificate, which only confirms the stability of the design. This does not allow any conclusions to be drawn as to whether the strict acceleration values of the R129 standard could be met on the crash test dummy. Instead, the risk of injury to the child in the event of an accident was tested. As all the values were in the absolute green zone, we took this outstanding result as an opportunity to give the KIDSFLEX a new design and to include some important accessories, such as ISOFIX, the Kick-Back headrest, shoulder guides and thorax supports. All other accessories are of course still available.
